They were always there when i need dropped messages or phone calls to them.
They answered all questions i had regarding the car and were more than happy for test drives to show all features of the car.
After i took purchase of the car, a couple of weeks later they got in touch to see how i was getting on with it and made a point of saying that if i needed anything more from them, i could get in touch any time.

We bought our daughter's first car from Pasion Motors a couple of months ago and can't be more pleased with the car and the whole experience of purchasing from this garage. Enrique gave us plenty of time and space to look at the car with none of the usual hovering and pressure sell that we've had from other garages. Nothing was too much trouble and our requests for the few things we wanted them to do before we bought the car were done to the highest standard. He was happy accommodate our date and times when arranging a day that was more convenient for us to collect the car. When we picked the car up we found he had gone out if his way to find service history that was not originally available when we first came to look at the car. Enrique is a total breath of fresh air as far as car salesman go and we can't recommend this garage highly enough.

I prefer to buy through a small dealership than go to a chain one because of the personal service. Enrique communicated well with me from start to finish, he knew the car well and where to take it if I need anything done with it. He gave me a good deal on my part exchange and was a pleasure to work with. I'd go back and use Pasion again.
I was buying my first car ever to help me pass my driving test and had a wonderful experience with Pasion Motors. I had all sorts of worries that were completely put to rest once I arrived. Enrique and Gavin were so friendly. They let us have as much time as we needed to check out the car. I was quite nervous being away from home and family and was rest assured with the service I received.
Enrique and Gavin realised the car battery was flat before the test drive and made sure to have a free one fitted before delivering the car to me and helping sort out all the documents and setting up the tax for me. Enrique followed up with me a few weeks later which was lovely. Truly excellent customer service and I’m sure most car dealerships don’t measure up to this from what I’ve heard.
Incredible experience from start to finish. Enrique is not your typical used car sales person, he cares deeply about what he does and is totally committed to delivering outstanding customer service. This was incredibly refreshing given I've not always had this experience in the past. Before I purchased the car Enrique flagged to me that the windscreen wipers weren't working properly and he wanted to have this fixed before I purchased the car, however, I was keen to drive the car away because I needed it for work.
Enrique was incredibly accommodating and helpful, finding a garage close to were I lived who could cary out the repairs.
